Oral Presentations
Lecture presentations will be 15 minutes in total (12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions). Invited talks will have 30 minutes (25 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions). Authors should bring their presentation in PDF or PowerPoint format on a USB drive and upload it to the presentation laptop in their session room either in the morning or during a coffee or lunch break before their session.
Please note that embedded videos may not play reliably, and fonts not available in Windows should be avoided. Projectors are set up for 16:9 presentations, so speakers are encouraged to prepare slides in that aspect ratio.
Poster Presentations
Authors are responsible for preparing and bringing their own posters to the conference. Materials for mounting posters will be provided. Posters may be installed at any time on the day of the poster session before the session begins and should be removed promptly after the session concludes. Authors are expected to be present at their posters throughout the session to answer questions.
The usable poster area is A0 size in portrait (vertical) format: 90 cm wide × 120 cm high.
